1. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are done through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order. PayPal currently accepts: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, debit cards, and bank transfers.

2. DO YOU ACCEPT CHECK/MONEY ORDER?
No, unfortunately we do not. But, we do allow bank transfers and debit cards through PayPal.

3. DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS?
Full refunds will automatically be authorized for those requests made before the SHIPPING NOTIFICATION e-mail is sent out. Just e-mail refundsATthedonutloungeDOTcom.

Refunds requested after the shipping notification e-mail is sent will be authorized up to 2 weeks after being received by you. Items must be returned with authorization code. Full refund will be issued if items are received in new condition. Please e-mail refundsATthedonutloungeDOTcom to receive a return authorization.

4. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

$0.01-$10.00 = $2.00
$10.01-$30.00 = $4.00
$30.01-$50.00 = $6.00
$50.01-$75.00 = $8.00
$75.01-$99.99= $10.00
$100+ = FREE!

International orders will have a $3 shipping fee on top of the regular shipping costs. Please select "International" option during checkout.

5. HOW WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
Anything under 13oz. will be sent USPS First Class Mail. Anything over 13oz. will be sent USPS Priority Mail. All packages will include delivery confirmations, but not letter-sized orders.

All international orders are an extra $3 and will be sent using FedEx with a tracking number.

All large orders over $50 are sent FedEx with a tracking number.

6. WHEN WILL ORDERS SHIP OUT?
Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and another 5-7 business days for it to ship out. International orders will take an extra 5-7 business days. If you need your order by a specific time, please e-mail ordersATthedonutloungeDOTcom with details.

You will be sent a shipping notification e-mail when your order has shipped and it will include the delivery confirmation/tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
